Philosophy of Education

At Carnation Christian Preschool we teach principles for living based on the Word of God.  The classroom is the natural place to share the God of creation and His love for us as we study life and the world around us.

Our curriculum is based on the fact that young children learn through play in all areas of development, especially through self-initiated play where they can pursue their own interests, express their feelings and acquire skills at their readiness level. Our responsibility as a school is to encourage and lead our students in this learning process, so that they may approach life with curiosity and confidence, thereby laying a foundation for lifelong learning.

Class Information for 2010/2011

Three Year Old Class Must be age three by 8/31/10 Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 am to 12:00 pm Teacher/Student Ratio  1:6 Monthly Tuition $150/10 months Multiage 3 & 4 Year Old Class Must be age three by 8/31/10 Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30 am to 12:00 pm Teacher/Student Ratio  1:7 Monthly Tuition $210/10 months Four Year Old Class Must be age four by 8/31/10 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm Teacher/Student Ratio  1:7 Monthly Tuition $210/10 months
